"Absolutely amazing cakes! Tried the: tahini and chocolate knot, lemon and blueberry scone, banana and chocolate blondie and the apple cake. Everything was beautifully made and the tahini choc knot we had fresh out the oven and it was delightful!!! The balance of flavours are perfect and the apple cake is moist but still fluffy, the blondie is rich and flavourful, the tahini was the perfect balance of tahini to chocolate and pulled apart so easily! The lemon and blueberry scone was superb too with an excellent texture and the blueberry flavour was recognisable which I don't always find with blueberry scones so it was a brilliant surprise!"
